- ServicePack is a local contract and cannot be exported. The purchase and registration of the SPack must be made in the country where the device is installed.
- Delivery of the email version of the Service Pack takes approximately 7-10 days from ordering due to longer invoicing.
- The Service Pack can be registered at any time during the basic warranty period of the device.
- The warranty guaranteed by SPack replaces the basic warranty.
