ServicePac is a local contract and cannot be exported. Spac must be purchased and registered in the country where the device is installed.
The Service Pack is intended for all ThinkPad tablets sold in the Czech Republic.
After invoicing, the customer will automatically receive an e-mail containing a web link, authorization number and PIN code to register the SPac. Keep the e-mail carefully (back it up). Without the user registering the SPac, Lenovo will not learn about the obligation to provide service. By registering, Lenovo obtains the necessary information for which device, at what service level, from when to when it should provide service to the user. The OP who sells the SPac is responsible for the end user registering the ordered SPac. A purchased SPac that is not registered is not valid!!
When registering, the customer enters the country of origin, authorization number and PIN, which are sent to him by e-mail. He accepts the Terms&Conditions. He fills in the contact information and presses "send". He enters the registration data either directly on the website or, in the case of mass registration, he can import a .csv file. Once the registration is completed by the user, the data such as Serial Number, Machine Type, Model,.. are automatically checked and approved by the system. If an incorrect entry (e.g. serial number) occurs, the customer is immediately prompted by e-mail to correct the data. Until Lenovo receives the signed T&C's, the SPac registration remains open. Once all registration conditions are met, the customer will receive an automatic notification by e-mail about the successful completion of the registration. Keep the e-mail carefully (back it up).
The data is transferred to the RCMS system, which is used by Lenovo service.
