HP CarePack Pick-Up & Return (PUR) - Repair with pickup and return. HP will arrange to pick up the defective device directly from the customer's location, repair it and return it to the customer's address. Designed for select HP Pavilion notebooks

HP Care Pack extends service coverage beyond the standard warranty, but does not extend the standard warranty. You can purchase a Care Pack for a new device within 180 days of the product purchase date and must be registered within 30 days of purchase or it will be void.
