HP Advanced Unit Exchange is a warranty that ensures a fast replacement of a defective device with a replacement, minimizing downtime and including round-trip shipping costs.

In the event of a failure, simply contact HP technical support and if the problem cannot be resolved remotely, a new unit will be sent the next business day and the defective unit will be taken to the manufacturer.

HP Care Pack extends service coverage beyond the standard warranty, but does not extend the standard warranty.

You can purchase HP Care Pack service for your new device within 90 days of the product purchase date.

HP Care Pack must be registered within 10 days of purchase or it will be invalid.
