They have a double-sided anti-reflective coating that reduces glare and helps prevent dry eyes. The glasses block 35% of blue light and 100% of ultraviolet radiation , which minimizes eye strain and overall fatigue. The glasses have lenses with 0.2 diopters, so they are suitable for everyday wear even for people who do not use reading glasses.
